As Business Manager in the Finance and Administration department, Michele Holmes processes the quarterly Member billing, advocates for Members experiencing financial hardship, and resolves other Membership issues. Due to her hard work and efforts, the number of Members who are current with their Union status has increased dramatically during her tenure. She also works alongside the Director of Finance and Administration in assisting with audits and budgets, and handles the accounts payable and receivables for both the Union and Foundation.
