NEW! The promulgated SDC Remote Work Contract (available below for download) is the correct contract for development projects produced remotely by employers that are not covered under the above Agreements and which meet the following criteria:
1. Work under this Agreement shall be defined as work with (an) Actor(s)
2. Generates no ticketed income
3. The rehearsal period does not exceed two (2) consecutive calendar weeks
4. Rehearsal and/or presentations occur on any online platform.
5. For work resulting in income and/or exceeding two consecutive calendar weeks of rehearsal, contact SDC to determine the appropriate contract.
For projects with 1st rehearsal prior to 1/1/24:

For projects with 1st rehearsal on or after 1/1/24: PROMULGATED SDC REMOTE WORK CONTRACT as of 1.1.24
