As Finance Associate, Parker (he/they) supports the financial processes of SDC, SDC Foundation, and the SDC-League Pension & Health Funds. He is responsible for compiling and analyzing accounting data; preparing financial reports; aiding management with budgeting and projections; and maintaining and overseeing efficient royalty processing and analysis protocols. Prior to SDC, Parker previously worked as Assistant Business Manager at Signature Theatre (VA), Arts Admin Apprentice at Studio Theatre (DC), and spent two summers with The Old Globe’s Arts Engagement department as a production coordinator for their Summer Shakespeare Studio. Originally from Vermont, they spent three years in the Washington, DC theatre community before moving to New York City in March 2024. Parker earned an M.F.A. degree in Performing Arts Management from Brooklyn College (’24) and B.A. degrees in Communications and Theatre Arts from Eastern Michigan University (’21).
