The SDC/Association of Non Profit Theatre Companies Agreement covers theatres operating separately and independently within the five boroughs of New York City in theaters ranging between 100 and 499 seats. This agreement has sunset as of June 30, 2025. The Off-Broadway League and ANTC have collectively bargained the new Off-Broadway agreement and shall be covered by this Agreement effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2029: https://sdcweb.org/contracts/agreements/off-broadway/
