Gina Scalia

Senior Royalty Analyst

As Royalty Analyst, Gina is responsible for all royalty income and reporting for all Collectively Bargained Agreements (CBA) for Broadway, Off Broadway, Tours, League of Resident Theatres (LORT), New England Area Theatres (NEAT), and Association of Non-Profit Theatre Companies (ANTC), among others, to confirm accuracy as well as ensure that all contractual financial obligations are followed. This includes reviewing, processing and analysis of all employer payments, royalty statements, cycle reports, box office statements, and profit and loss statements for Broadway, Off-Broadway, Tours, etc. In addition, she also oversees income tracking of fees, advances, recoupment of advances, and royalties for all CBAs. Gina also manages the monthly employer billing for all theatres with CBAs. Gina’s efforts have resulted in the securing of substantial underpaid royalties. She joined SDC after many years as the Director of Royalty Accounting and Analysis for The Rodgers and Hammerstein Organization in New York.
