Randy Anderson

As Deputy Director of SDC, Randy manages the daily operations of the Union. Working closely with the Executive Director he helps to shape strategy and support the continued growth of SDC. He is responsible for overseeing Union-wide initiatives, implementing strategies for better oversight and enforcement of employment contracts and designing improvements that will benefit the Membership. Having been with SDC since 2006, Randy has had an impact on every Union Agreement, worked with employers around the country, and supported the ever-growing membership. He has been an integral part of negotiations in every jurisdiction and led, with his colleagues, multiple successful organizing campaigns. Randy represents SDC at the Coalition of Broadway and Union Guilds (COBUG), the Department of Professional Employees (AFL-CIO) and the New York City Central Labor Council.
