The Illinois Arts Alliance (IAA) is the statewide arts advocacy and service organization promoting the value of the arts to all residents of Illinois. Through research, capacity building and communication, IAA advances widespread support of all the arts, enhances the health of the arts and cultural sector, and fosters a climate in which the broadest spectrum of artistic expression can flourish.
The Dallas Area Cultural Advocacy Coalition (DACAC) is a coalition of artists and arts organizations who have joined together to support and defend arts funding on a local, state and national level, and to work to resolve important issues that affect arts and cultural organizations. DACAC provides a voice and representation for the arts community in the public forum.
Texans for the Arts, a highly effective, non-partisan, statewide arts advocacy organization that provides coordinated information about legislative activity relating to arts issues, held a highly successful Arts Advocacy Day-Texas and took their message to the Legislature.
Colorado Creative Industries
In July 2010, Colorado’s new Creative Industries Division merged the former Council on the Arts, Office of Film, Television and Media, and Art in Public Places program to capitalize on the immense potential for our creative sector to drive economic growth in Colorado.
The Florida Cultural Alliance works to develop local, state, and national partnerships. The mission of the California Arts Council, a state agency, is to advance California through the arts and creativity.

California Arts Advocates (CAA), provides advocacy services for California’s arts community. CAA provides professional advocacy for all arts stakeholders in California, from the smallest troupe to the largest institution, from the solo artist to the largest organization, from the most diverse to the most mainstream, regardless of cultural segment or economic standing.
The mission of the Arts & Business Council is to strengthen a vibrant arts community by providing quality direct legal and business services and ongoing educational programs to the artists and cultural organizations within Massachusetts.
Arts/Learning Advocacy (MAEC)
Since 1984 Arts|Learning’s Networking and Advocacy Group (formerly the Massachusetts Alliance for Arts Education) has recognized individuals, organizations, institutions and businesses that exemplify excellence in arts education advocacy.
Dance/NYC’s mission is to bolster the support structure for dance in the New York City metropolitan area, serving as a voice and guide for dance artists and managers. Dance/NYC works in alliance with Dance/USA, the national service organization for professional dance, to achieve this mission and execute on core program areas.
